If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned with all original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wandrave.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
